Black Sand beach sounded great in theory but in reality it was just a long walk to disappointment. It was more like a seaweed haven than a beach. The sand really wasn't something that I would have been impressed with even without the seaweed. There is way too much cool stuff to see on Vieques to waste time going to this beach.
